Quantel provides a range of training and support facilities to cater for engineers of all skill and experience levels. This allows training to be delivered at different levels to take into account the existing knowledge, skill and experience of each student. Compass Operational training is available in the following levels:
Accredited Associate - This is designed for engineers new to Quantel technologies, and those who need a 'foundation level' training programme that teaches and explains both the IT and video fundamentals.
Accredited Professional - For customer staff who have the right level of engineering experience and for engineers outside of the industry who have completed the appropriate Associate level courses.
Accredited Expert – The ultimate in in-depth training, delivered on a one-to-one or small group basis and aimed at engineering 'super users'. The training can take place either on-site or in Quantel training facilities.
In addition Quantel offers customised training solutions designed specifically for your organisation.
Quantel's courses are designed to enable experienced broadcast engineers to routinely maintain Quantel equipment, diagnose hardware faults, and by exchanging line replacement units, speedily restore the product to full operation, and to interface with the Quantel support services, particularly the 24/7 Helpdesk.
